Apple Cider Vinegar has been around for centuries. It’s one of the hottest, healthiest ingredients being used. A. If for any reason you have some negative side effects, stay away from Apple Cider Vinegar and consult with your doctor. B. Do not drink it if you are on medications that lower the blood sugar or medications that lower your potassium level or if you have an ulcer. C.
